These are some illustrations from a series of vintage books I mentioned here. Best In Children's Books is a compilation of fictional stories, articles on science and the natural world, and excerpts from books on a range of interests. Each has a colorful tooled cover and the stories are illustrated by a number of different illustrators. Most of the drawings are a simple two color illustration that I like.
