Heart shape box

Continuing the theme of  belated holiday lameness on my part, I wanted to share the heart container I made for my husband this year. I couldn't share it earlier because I didn't finish it until, cough, a few days ago.

So, for the past few years I have tried to make a different heart shaped box for G for Valentine's Day. Last year, I played around with the image of the sacred heart. Here.

This year, I wanted to make it more like this brass monstrance-type thing I found in Paris years ago. {still haven't figured out what to do with it/where to put it.}

So, this year's Valentine -
my husband thinks I'm kinda nuts.
