Bestow - Ribbon Flower Gift Topper + Broach

I created this flower gift embellishment + broach for a friend's brithday and am sharing the project over at Poppytalk. The ribbon blossoms are simple to make on a flower loom, and kind of addictive. Full instructions and pictures are HERE!

Spellbound!

I am looking forward to seeing my friend Pam Garrison at Spellbound this November! She is teaching this fun Joyeux Noel Banner class using fabric, paper, paint, German glass glitter, and charming embellishments.

Pam is also teaching this Joy Stitched Sampler.

Spellbound!

My second class at Spellbound is this blossom tiara with butterfly. The flowers are made in a variety of ways out of crepe paper and fabric and the paper butterfly is wrapped in vintage crinkle wire. Looking forward to teaching this class!

 

Spellbound!

Another neat jewelry class at Spellbound! Taught by JoAnn Pierotti, this project is a pretty charm necklace embellished with textiles. With an introduction and instruction on soldering, students come away with an important skill. {maybe I should take that class...} She is also teaching this project.
